Our founder, Dave, is an accomplished senior transformational leader with over a decade of experience in strategic global marketing and people management within enterprise-level tech and SaaS companies. He specializes in driving organizational change, enhancing marketing processes, and improving workflows across diverse product portfolios. With a focus on collaboration and relationship management, Dave excels in integrating strategy and psychology to achieve high-performance outcomes. His core competencies include business transformation, program strategy, cross-functional leadership, and executive communication. Passionate about proactive communication and change management, Dave consistently delivers innovative solutions that bridge human and digital experiences.
Dave is passionate about his work, but most of all he’s passionate about spending time with his family and enjoying what the world has to offer. If he’s not in front of a screen then he’s probably driving his kids to an activity, making a mess in the garage, or trying to keep upright on his bicycle on the greenway in the Raleigh area.
